Your Role:
  • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Ford vehicles to OEM standards
  • Collaborate with service advisors for accurate repair recommendations
  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all repairs and parts used
  • Keep up with Ford TSBs, certifications, and training requirements
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
What You Bring:
  • 2+ years of automotive technician experience (Ford experience preferred)
  • Ford certifications or ASE certifications are a plus
  • Strong diagnostic and repair skills
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • Professional, reliable, and a team player
  • Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
