Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and personable bartender to provide excellent service to guests in our hotel bar. The ideal candidate should have great customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Compensation: $20 - $22 Key Responsibilities:

• Verify customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
• Mix traditional and creative cocktails.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area.
• Keep track of inventory and restock as needed.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments.
• Open and maintain tabs for customers during their visit.
• Build rapport with regular customers to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
• Collaborate with other staff to ensure efficient service.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations (OSHA, HAZCOM, Blood Borne Pathogens).

• Must be at least 21 years old (or legal drinking age in your area).
• At least 2 years of bartending experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Follow all company safety and security policies.

• Regularly required to walk, stand, use hands, and reach with hands and arms.
• Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
