Elite Interiors, a prestigious name in the window coverings industry, is looking for energetic and personable Brand Ambassadors to be the face of our brand within Costco warehouses. This role is crucial for those who excel in communication and customer engagement, aiming to connect with members and introduce them to the quality and style of Elite Interiors' products. Your primary goal will be to inspire potential customers to sign up for more information, making the first step towards enhancing their spaces with our bespoke window treatments.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and interact with Costco members, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
• Introduce the Elite Interiors brand and our premium window covering solutions to potential customers.
• Encourage customers to sign up to receive a call from our dedicated sales team, explaining the benefits of a consultation without the pressure of making an immediate sale.
• Maintain a deep understanding of product offerings to answer basic inquiries and spark interest.
• Manage the promotional area, ensuring it is inviting and well-organized, reflective of our brand's high standards.
• Achieve and strive to exceed lead generation targets by effectively engaging with customers.
• Provide feedback from customer interactions to the marketing and sales teams to help refine strategies.
• Attend training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and promotional strategies.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills with a flair for engaging conversations.
• A friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
• High energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability to commit to the 4-hour shifts from Thursday to Sunday.
• Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift and manage the promotional materials as needed.
• A passion for interior design and decor is highly desirable.
