Responsabilidades del equipo de bussers:

-Ser el primero en recibir a las mesas con nuestros chips y salsa de cortesía

-mantener la limpieza del restaurante en general

-Deben mostrar trabajo en equipo y comunicación con sus compañeros de trabajo.

-Deben mostrar una actitud positiva.

-Mantener las áreas de servicio de los clientes limpias y organizadas.

- Ayudar a los meseros a preparar sus mesas para nuevos clientes una vez finalizado un servicio.

-pro actividad y la habilidad de trabajar independientemente con la mínima supervisión

-Mantener la estación del equipo de bussers limpia y en orden.

-rellenar los chips y las salsas de la estación del equipo de apoyo.

-Preservar el sentido de urgencia.

-Después del cierre del restaurante, el equipo de bussers debe encargarse de la limpieza del restaurante en general y la estación del equipo de apoyo, así como también de limpiar las áreas del servicio al cliente y preparar el restaurante para un nuevo día.

Busser team responsibilities:

-be the first to greet our tables with our courtesy chips and salsa

-maintain the restaurant’s cleanliness

-show teamwork and communication with coworkers

-positive attitude

-keep guest areas clean and organized

-help waiters to keep the Customer service areas clean and organized

-help the waitress to prepare their tables for new customers once the service is complete

-be proactive and have the capability of working individually with the minimum supervision

-keep the busser team station clean and organized

-refill the chips and salsa of the busser team station

-Keep the sense of urgency

-after the closing of the restaurant the busser team must be in charge of the cleaning of the restaurant in general and their station, as well as the common service areas and prepare the restaurant for a successful day!
