**Now Hiring: Skilled Carpenter / Remodel Technician**
**Location: Birmingham, AL**
**Pay: $20-$30/hr (based on experience)**
**Valid Drivers License required**
We're looking for a talented and reliable Skilled Carpenter / Remodel Technician to join our team in the Birmingham area. If you've got 5+ years of hands-on experience in cabinet installation, tile work, finish carpentry, painting, and drywall repair - we want to talk to you.
This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and can work independently or with a crew to deliver high-quality results on residential remodels and custom projects.
**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Install cabinets with precision and attention to detail
+ Lay tile (floor, wall, backsplash) with clean, consistent finishes
+ Perform finish carpentry including trim, molding, and custom woodwork
+ Interior painting and drywall repair/patching
+ Read and follow project plans or direction from lead carpenter/project manager
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient job site
**What We're Looking For:**
+ 5+ years of proven experience in residential remodeling or carpentry
+ Strong skills in cabinet install, tile work, trim, paint, and drywall
+ Basic tools and reliable transportation
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
+ Professional attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
+ Punctual, dependable, and customer-friendly
+ Must be located in or near Birmingham, AL
**Compensation & Benefits:**
+ **Hourly rate: $20-$30/hr** (depending on experience and skill set)
