A Chef de Partie - Baker handles the production of baked goods indicated in the menu plan, in accordance with the corresponding methods and recipes. You will supervise and train the 1st Baker Cook, Baker Cook, and Assistant Baker Cook, communicating bakery production status to the senior chef. You are also responsible in ensuring that food is properly stored and all work areas are cleaned according to USPH standards, and making sure that all equipment and machinery are properly functioning. You will report any issues or problems to the Executive Chef. We want you to join our bakery if you have experience as a Baker Cook, Chef de Partie - Baker, Head Baker, or Baker Chef in a cruise ship or a large hotel/resort pastry operation.
