Responsibilities

• Operate cherry picker forklifts safely and efficiently to pick and transport products within the warehouse.
• Accurately pick orders based on customer requests and prepare items for shipment.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while operating equipment.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience operating cherry picker forklifts or similar equipment is highly desirable.
• Valid forklift certification is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as required.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
