Job Description

Responsibilities: 

• Leads cable manufacturing operations, trains junior technicians, ensures build compliance, and supports QA inspections.
• Organize and label electronic parts and materials.
• Operate and manage assembly and testing processes.
• Review schematics and other technical documentation for accuracy.
• Maintain, clean, and perform basic upkeep of equipment.
• Monitor and audit inventory items.
• Communicate updates and technical issues to supervisor.
• Use untried and untested measurement techniques; and improves the performance of the equipment.

Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship and Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Must have  IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certified Trainer (CIT), J-STJ-STD-001 Certified Trainer, (CIT) and AS(!)) Internal Auditor Certification. 
• Must have ability to stand, walk, sit, use both hands, and carry/lift to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to execute installation/lifting of heavy equipment and use of/climbing ladders.
• Minimum 3 years in aerospace cable/harness manufacturing.
• Proficiency in crimping, soldering, and harness build rework.
• Must have (3) years of experience in installation of hardware and/or equipment as an Electronic Assembler or Electronic Technician.
• Experience in reading/understanding engineering documents and drawings.

$33-$38 hr.
