**Job Title: Electronics Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Bench Level Electronics Technician to perform testing, troubleshooting, repair, and modification of various moderate to complex electronics and avionics equipment. You will ensure compliance with quality standards for products returned for service from airlines, dealers, and end users. This role requires component-level troubleshooting and repair of circuit card assemblies. **Responsibilities** + Perform testing, troubleshooting, repair, and modification of electronics/avionics equipment. + Adhere to workmanship and quality standards for products returned for service. + Conduct component-level troubleshooting and repair of circuit card assemblies. + Work under close or general supervision depending on labor grade. **Essential Skills** + 2 years experience as a Bench Technician. + 2 years experience in soldering. + 2 years experience with electrical components. + Proficiency in avionics, Honeywell, electrical repair, troubleshooting, and functional testing. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 6 months experience with various avionics systems. + Basic understanding of electronics theories and associated circuitry and components. + Familiarity with operating procedures and their importance. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values precision and quality, offering opportunities to work with advanced avionics equipment. The working hours are from 10:30 PM to 7 AM. The dress code is casual, allowing jeans, pants, and short sleeve shirts, but no shorts. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of WICHITA, KS. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
