Job Title: Equipment Operator
Employment Type: Full-Time

We’re looking for a dependable and safety-minded  Equipment Operator to work at our agronomy location handling dry and liquid fertilizer products. This is a full-time, year-round position offering great benefits and the opportunity to be part of a growing, team-oriented workplace.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate front-end loaders and other equipment to load, unload, and move fertilizer products
• Accurately mix and blend fertilizer according to work orders and agronomic specifications
• Perform daily equipment checks and light maintenance to ensure safe, efficient operation
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the loadout and storage areas
• Assist with inventory management and product tracking
• Safely handle products while complying with environmental and safety regulations
• Support seasonal operations, including extended hours during peak agronomy periods
• Work collaboratively with agronomy staff to fulfill customer orders accurately and on time

What You Bring:

• Experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment (agriculture experience a plus)
• Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and overtime during peak seasons
• Basic mechanical aptitude for routine equipment maintenance
• CDL or willingness to obtain (preferred, not required)
