Job Summary

This individual will provide world-class customer service and management to our vendor partners, clients, and team. They will be expected to ensure Owner satisfaction and overall success throughout the lifecycle of their projects. A candidate who is comfortable managing spreadsheets and has a keen eye for detail when it comes to reviewing invoices and reconciling them with service. Candidate will manage the escalation process when and where issues and disruptions occur. In office position (not remote or hybrid). Travel daily to local hospital locations. MUST BE PROFICIENT WITH EXCEL.

• Commits to continuously improving the quality and value of service provided to customers
• Manages report and folder subscriptions and template maintenance (documents, budgets, schedules, mail merges)
• Creates processes to assist in effectiveness
• Provides executive level reports and maintains record of invoicing
• Coordinates with management for weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of training and work experience
• A minimum of 5 years of project related experience
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs
• Superb oral and written communication skills
