**Job Title:** **Machine Maintenance Technician** **Overview** **We are looking for a skilled Machine Maintenance Technician** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on robotic and automated equipment. Ideal candidates will have strong expertise in **electrical systems (preferred)** , as well as mechanical and fluid power (hydraulics/pneumatics). **Key Responsibilities** + Perform repairs and scheduled preventive maintenance on robotic and automated machinery. + Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical systems up to **480V** , including three-phase power. + Repair and maintain mechanical components such as pulleys, gears, and belts. + Service hydraulic and pneumatic systems to ensure optimal performance. + Utilize PLC knowledge (ladder logic, Allen Bradley systems) for troubleshooting and system adjustments. + Maintain efficient operation of conveyors, motors, and other automation components. **Required Skills & Experience** + Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, especially with **480V systems** . + Solid mechanical knowledge, including working with pulleys, gears, and belts. + Proficiency in PLC programming and ladder logic. + Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics. + Ability to work on a **rotating shift schedule** with flexibility. **Preferred Qualifications** + Hands-on experience with **Siemens and Allen Bradley PLCs** . + Familiarity with automation processes and three-phase power systems. **Why Join Us?** + **Guaranteed pay increases every six months for the first two years** , ensuring steady income growth. + A culture that values **continuous learning and career development** , with opportunities for advancement. **Work Environment** + Rotating shift schedule with plenty of days off between rotations. + Dynamic, innovative environment focused on efficiency and teamwork. + Schedules provided well in advance for easy personal planning. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of San Antonio, TX. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $97760.00/yr. 401k, health insurance, benefits, PTO, Holiday pay, OT eligibility **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in San Antonio,TX. **Application Deadline** This position is anticipated to close on Dec 8, 2025. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
