As a Human Resources Assistant at Edgewood, you'll support day-to-day operations of our corporate HR team, ensuring smooth communication across the organization.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations such as distributing mail and phone messages
Support the Employee Feedback process and assist with company HR audits
Handle government agency notices in coordination with the HR team
Assist in developing HR policies, notices, job descriptions, and training materials
Contribute to department projects and initiatives

Qualifications

Proficiency in computer systems and MS Office applications
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Strong organizational and communication skills
A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset
Passion and drive for helping others
