Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking an HR Generalist with a strong emphasis on recruitment to manage the full-cycle hiring process and support general HR activities. This role will serve as a key partner in sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent while also assisting with HR administration and compliance.

• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Manage job postings, applicant tracking systems, and candidate communication.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
• Assist with HR generalist duties.
• Support compliance efforts with employment laws and internal policies.
• Participate in HR projects, process improvements, and special initiatives.
• Provide HR support and guidance as necessary.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of an Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting and general HR roles, preferably in healthcare. 
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS -ADP.
• Strong interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and judgment.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices .
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently .
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
