If you've got strong attention to detail and love working with data and documents, this could be the perfect fit. **Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm** **Pay: $21-$22/hr** **What You'll Do:** + Create commercial invoices using Oracle and Excel for shipments to Mexico + Ensure accurate codes and product descriptions for dental goods (e.g., implants, instruments, materials + Verify export/import documentation complies with U.S. Customs and international trade laws + Maintain accurate records of all international transactions for audits and compliance + Generate reports on shipping activity, costs, and delivery performance + Coordinate international shipments with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers + Respond to import/export requests from brokers and partners **What You'll Need:** + High School Diploma or GED + Strong Excel skills (vlook up, date entry, pivot tables) + 55WPM for high volume data entry + Prior experience in role with database navigation/management + Experience with Outlook and Oracle preferred + Knowledge of import/export processes a plus + Ability to stay organized and accurate in a fast-moving setting **What Happens Next:** Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
