Investigator
Position Type: Temporary (January–April), with potential for permanent placement

About the Role:
SelecSource is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Investigator to support background screening operations during peak season. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data, and values strong teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, research, and input data accurately into internal systems
Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize, track, and verify information
Conduct investigative tasks to support background screening processes
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work
Manage a high volume of assignments efficiently while meeting deadlines
Collaborate closely with team members and maintain positive working relationships
Qualifications:
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong data-entry skills
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes
Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
Prior experience in data entry, research, or administrative roles preferred but not required
Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain productivity in a high-volume environment
