A small, collaborative architecture firm is seeking a Job Captain to join its close-knit and supportive team. The ideal candidate is motivated, organized, enthusiastic, and creative, with the ability to work effectively within a small office environment. The firm has a long-standing presence in the Bay Area and is known for its commitment to client service and design excellence across a diverse portfolio, including custom residential, commercial, educational, religious, and industrial projects. The role involves managing all aspects of multiple small to midsize projects, coordinating both administrative and technical efforts to ensure efficient and cost-effective execution. Responsibilities include serving as a client liaison, overseeing project schedules, budgets, and scopes, and ensuring successful project delivery through teamwork, collaboration, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic setting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Degree in Architecture: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), Master of Architecture (M.Arch), or a BA in Architecture. Professional Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in architectural practice. Licensure: Licensed architect or actively pursuing licensure (preferred but not mandatory). Software Proficiency: Skilled in Building Information Modeling (BIM); experience with ArchiCAD is ideal, though training can be provided. Familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus. Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and other related design and productivity tools. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Project Management: Able to manage and shift between multiple projects and tasks efficiently. Creative Problem Solving: Demonstrates innovative thinking in resolving design challenges. Team-Oriented Mindset: Self-driven and proactive, with a collaborative spirit and a positive attitude toward team dynamics.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $43.27/hr.
