• Review system capabilities and workflow, and recommend solutions.
• Responsible for development, documenting and implementing business systems policies and procedures.
• Formulate and define systems scope and objectives.
• Prepare functional system and program specifications.
• Plan communications and information flow.
• Integrate service processes and cost analysis.
• Develop and write program functions and steps required to develop or modify systems.
• Provide testing and debugging.
• Execute test conditions and thoroughly document results/test issues.
• Evaluate user request for new or modified programs.
• Conduct requirements sessions.
• Requirements Analysis.
• Stakeholder Interviews.
• Workflow Analysis.
• Process Modeling.
• Documenting standard operating procedures and process flows.
• Document and define business processes.
• Develop specifications.
• Quality Assurance.
• SDLC.
• Presenting results of analysis and recommendations to business and project leaders.
• Compiling and publishing deliverables as required.
• Required Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management of Information Technology, or related field.
