We’re currently hiring a Junior Marketing Associate to join our high-energy, passionate team. This entry-level opportunity offers hands-on training and exposure to event planning, nonprofit marketing , and brand representation —ideal for recent grads or anyone looking to grow a mission-driven marketing career .
Help plan and execute live nonprofit events , donor drives, and awareness campaigns
Represent charitable partners at public events with professionalism and enthusiasm
Interact with donors, supporters, and attendees to build meaningful connections
Provide logistical and administrative support to ensure smooth event operations
Assist with event setup, takedown, and promotional material distribution
Participate in training workshops on event management, public speaking, and outreach strategy
Offer input on ways to increase campaign effectiveness and community impact
1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus (but not required)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred (open to all backgrounds)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outgoing, team-oriented , and adaptable in fast-paced environments
Self-motivated with a passion for learning and personal growth
Enthusiastic about nonprofit causes, community service, and social change
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
