Description Robert Half is working with a property management company in Miami that's looking for a Bilingual Leasing Assistant to join their team. This position plays a key role in providing excellent customer service to current and prospective residents while supporting daily office operations. Key Responsibilities: + Greet and assist residents and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. + Conduct property tours and answer questions from prospective tenants in both English and Spanish. + Prepare and process lease applications, renewals, and related documentation. + Handle phone and email inquiries, schedule appointments, and maintain leasing files. + Update resident information and enter data into the property management system. + Coordinate with maintenance and management teams to ensure timely follow-up on resident requests. + Support general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reporting. Requirements + Bilingual (English/Spanish) - strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages. + 1-2 years of leasing, property management, or administrative experience preferred. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Yardi or AppFolio experience a plus. + Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor. + Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
