Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 global law firm headquartered in Manhattan, NYC, is seeking an experienced Legal Electronic Billing professional to play a key leadership role within their collaborative and well-established E-Billing team. Job Function

• Oversee a skilled Legal Electronic Billing team, collaborating with the Manager.
• Review and improve e-billing procedures, ensuring efficient processes.
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy across all e-billing functions.
• Assist with complex e-billing tasks as needed.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
• Support the professional growth of team members.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives in the e-billing function.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related preferred.
• 5 years of Electronic Billing experience at a Law Firm.
• BillBlast software experience preferred + Excel.
