Our real estate team is seeking a transaction coordinator who can effectively assist our valued home buyers and sellers from contract to close. This position is part-time but has the flexibility to be full-time, depending on the candidate. REMOTE WORK OK outside of 1x per week team meeting in Kent. We are a small team built on repeat and referral business. You’ll work to make sure home inspections are arranged, assist with escrow documentation, schedule inspection appointments and repairs, and assure offers and counteroffers are approved.
