Overview

We are currently seeking 3rd shift skilled Machine Operators to join our team at our facility located in Newton, NC, 28658. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring the efficient and accurate assembling of various components. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands and has a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly or machining tasks according to established procedures and quality standards.
• Read and interpret work orders to determine pertinent specifications.
• Inspect parts and materials for defects or damage before assembling.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to assemble components.
• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all finished products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations.
• Assembly processes and productivity.
• Report any issues or malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED IS REQUIRED.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and machinery effectively and safely.
• Basic understanding of quality control principles.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds if required.

You should be proficient in:

• Machine Building/Assembling
• Machine Setups for Production Runs
• High School / GED
