Salary: $40,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in data entry.
• A minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Capability to analyze financial calculations.
• Proficiency in problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Fluency in English.
• A responsible and self-sufficient individual who aims to make a positive impact in the community while thriving in a team-oriented setting.
• Reliable transportation to and from the office, with punctuality.
• Availability to work a minimum of one Saturday per month, if required.
• Must be able to work 100% onsite.
• Ability to remain seated for extended periods and work in a stationary position at a desk.

Responsibilities:

• Learn, comprehend, and adhere to Federal and State laws, including Medicaid laws, rules, regulations, standards, and State Policies pertaining to public assistance programs.
• Comply with all CAI and State Security requirements.
• Utilize available computer inquiry systems to gather necessary verifications.
• Acquire Medicaid renewals from the client system and allocate work among the team daily.
• Reassign cases to the appropriate pool as needed.
• Communicate with clients and direct their calls appropriately.
• Collaborate with the client to securely gather application documents through digital formats (pdf, jpg, etc.).
• Index verifications when necessary.
• Monitor and track all monthly metrics, presenting findings to leadership.
• Document all case management details using the eligibility system.
• Participate in one-on-one check-ins and staff meetings to stay updated on processes and procedures.
• Perform additional case management duties as required.

We are seeking a Management Analyst for a full-time position that is entirely onsite in Newark, DE. As a Management Analyst, you will conduct thorough analyses of organizational processes for the Medicaid team while providing daily support to ensure the processes are efficient and effective.
