What you’ll need

• High school diploma or equivalent; marine technology certification a plus.
• Hands-on experience in boat rigging or a related marine field.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work solo or collaboratively, as the job demands.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of marine electrical systems and tools.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when needed.
