To learn more about playing for Team Amcor, visit | LinkedIn | YouTube **Responsibilities** + Communicate changes and tool evaluations to engineers and location managers + Verify and update mold drawings both internally and through outside vendors + Repair and troubleshoot molds at the molding machine + Lead project team on mold refurbishments and modifications + Manufacture mold components per supplied prints + Provide training to mold repair technicians + Investigatenew technology + Perform preventative maintenance work on molds + Repair injection molds and hot runner issues + Safelyoperatehoists, mold cart, and lift equipment **Qualifications** + 2 yr degree in Machine Trades Technology (Tool & Die) or Precision MachiningTechnology + Machine shop mathematics (algebra, geometry,trigonometry) + Ability to run conventional machine shop machines (including CNC equipment) + Demonstrated problem solving andstrong communicationskills + Experience reading and interpretingdocumentssuch as safety rules,operatingand maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals + Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructionsfurnishedin written, oral, or diagram form **Additional Items:** + The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
