Job Title:  Physical Therapist – Outpatient Rehab Location:  Hyannis, MA Job Type:  Contract Pay Rate: $62 – $65 per hour Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist to join a reputable outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Hyannis, MA. This contract opportunity is ideal for a clinician who thrives in a patient-centered environment and is passionate about improving mobility and function in both adult and pediatric populations. Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive evaluations and create individualized treatment plans Conduct diagnostic assessments to determine functional impairments Deliver tailored therapeutic interventions and modify plans as needed Educate patients and caregivers on continued care and home exercises Maintain clear, timely, and accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic patient care Supervise and support PT assistants, aides, and students as appropriate Uphold standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification At least one year of outpatient physical therapy experience Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications: Clinical specialty certification (if applicable) Experience treating both adult and pediatric patients Demonstrated leadership or mentorship capabilities
