Job Description

Position Summary:

The Manufacturing Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment to support manufacturing operations. This role will focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for production, technical, engineering, and support roles. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment and partners closely with HR and operations leaders to ensure staffing needs are met on time with quality hires.

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, technical, and professional positions, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

 Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, position requirements, and candidate success profiles.

 Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, industry events, and community outreach.

 Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles to support current and future hiring needs.

 Ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.

 Coordinate and participate in career fairs, on-site hiring events, and community recruitment initiatives.

 Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.

 Collaborate with HR team on workforce planning, onboarding, and retention strategies.

 Provide data and metrics on recruiting activity, time-to-fill, and hiring quality to HR leadership.

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Equivalent experience considered.

 3+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on manufacturing or high-volume hiring environments.

 Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing tools, and applicant tracking systems.

 Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

 Understanding of employment law and compliance requirements.

 Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
