We are seeking a hands-on recruiter for an onsite contract role at our New York office. The ideal candidate will have proven experience recruiting for various roles at Morgan Stanley. You must be ready to work onsite and start immediately.
Key Requirements
Proven experience recruiting for multiple roles at Morgan Stanley (must be clearly highlighted on resume).
Onsite presence required in our New York office.
Strong working knowledge of Workday (preferred).
Deep understanding of U.S. regions, cities, and corporate work culture (preferred).
Proactive communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Source and recruit talent specifically for positions at Morgan Stanley, utilizing previous experience and network.
Actively screen, interview, and present qualified candidates for open positions.
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR for role requirements and process improvement.
Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and documentation in Workday and related ATS platforms.
Provide continuous market updates and insights on candidate availability and hiring trends
