Job Title: Registered Nurse (Med/Surg)
Location: Manahawkin, NJ 08050
Duration: 14 Weeks
Shift: Day / Night | 12-hour shifts | 3 days/week
Pay Rate: $48 - $51 per hour
Job Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Registered Nurse (Med/Surg)for an exciting job in Manahawkin, NJ.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess patient conditions and determine care priorities
Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans
Perform therapeutic interventions and manage patient care
Advocate for evidence-based practices
Collaborate with healthcare team members
Other duties as assigned
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years recent Med-Surg experience
Assessment, EKG interpretation, hemodynamic monitoring, IV therapy/insertion, medication administration, wound care, patient/family education
Critical thinking, teamwork, communication, empathy, adaptability, composure under pressure
Education & Certifications:
Required: ASN; RN license (NJ or multi-state compact)
Preferred: BSN
Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, CEU Contact Stroke (4 hours)
