Overview
The positions in this job family perform a variety of tasks to ensure that project goals are being met for a faculty member’s research program. Tasks and responsibilities are varied and dependent upon project aims, scope and duration.
The Palliative Care and Resilience Lab is part of Supportive Oncology at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and conducts interdisciplinary research focused on improving quality of life for patients with serious illness and for individuals and families experiencing grief and bereavement. Our work spans psychosocial, behavioral, and clinical research aimed at promoting resilience, reducing distress, and informing evidence-based supportive care across the cancer continuum. Team members collaborate closely with faculty, clinicians, and multi-site partners to support rigorous, patient-centered research with meaningful real-world impact. Located in Boston and the surrounding communities, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is a leader in life changing breakthroughs in cancer research and patient care. MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
The position prefers a bachelor’s degree in public health, natural sciences, or social sciences, with 2 years of experience in public health or health policy strongly preferred.

The hiring range is based on market pay structures, with individual salaries determined by factors such as business needs, market conditions, internal equity, and based on the candidate’s relevant experience, skills and qualifications.
For union positions, the pay range is determined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
