You arrive at a bustling Costco, set up a clean, eye-catching booth, and open your tablet. Within minutes, curious shoppers stop by. You spark conversations, introduce them to beautiful window treatment solutions, and schedule complimentary in-home design consultations—booking 4–5 qualified appointments before the day is done. You’re the friendly first impression for Best Buy Window Treatment, and you make every interaction count.

About Best Buy Window Treatment

We’re a team of highly trained specialists driven by the motto "Let Us Make It Easy For You." We provide complimentary in-home design consultations and professional installation on all our products. We’re proud partners of a top national retailer—Costco—and we’re growing our in-store presence with an exceptional event professional like you.

What you’ll do

• Serve as the first point of contact at our Costco partner locations, welcoming shoppers and starting conversations.
• Set up, maintain, and keep the in-store vendor table and display looking great throughout the day.
• Educate customers about our window treatment solutions and services.
• Qualify interest and schedule a free in-home appointment with a Professional Designer—targeting a minimum of 4–5 per day.
• Gather customer details and use an iPad/tablet to book appointments on the spot.

Requirements

• 1+ year of sales or customer service experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Trade show/event/sponsorship table experience preferred.
• Comfortable working on a tablet or iPad (training provided).
• Available 11am–6pm, five days per week; at least one weekend day required (both preferred).
• Able and willing to stand at a table for several hours at a time.

Compensation & benefits

• $17/hour + $10 bonus for each scheduled completed appointment + Performance Bonus.
