About the Role:

As a Store Manager, you’ll be the face of American Mattress in your local community. You will independently run all daily operations of the store—from assisting customers to maintaining inventory and ensuring an outstanding in-store experience. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who takes pride in ownership and values the freedom to operate independently—with full support from our corporate team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting the right sleep products.
• Manage daily store operations including opening/closing, merchandising, and cleanliness.
• Maintain accurate inventory and complete light administrative tasks.
• Provide an outstanding customer experience that reflects our family-first values.
• Take full ownership of your store’s performance and success.
