Job Description

This is a hybrid role for U.S.-based candidates. We are actively seeking applicants located outside of our current coverage areas (New York City, New Jersey, Newark, Baltimore, and Washington, DC).

Preferred regions include:

  • West: Los Angeles, San Diego, Portland, Seattle, Sacramento, Las Vegas, etc.

  • Mountain: Denver, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, Boise, Colorado Springs, etc.

  • Midwest/Central: Chicago, Columbus, Kansas City, Minneapolis, Indianapolis, etc.

  • South: Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, Miami, Raleigh-Durham, Nashville, etc.

  • East (excluding NYC/NJ/DC): Philadelphia, Boston, Richmond, Hartford, etc.

About the Role

Together We Talent is a mission-driven staffing firm built by and for people who believe in equitable hiring, purposeful growth, and cultural alignment. We’re looking for a high-energy, resourceful Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us grow our client base. You’ll be the first line of outreach to new mission-aligned organizations, booking qualified discovery calls for our Business Development Managers.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, cold email, and calls

  • Use Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and our CRM to build lead lists and manage follow-up

  • Research companies and identify key contacts (HR, Ops, and DEI leaders)

  • Write thoughtful, tailored messages that reflect our values and voice

  • Set qualified meetings for the BDM team, aligned to ideal client profile

  • Collaborate weekly on what’s working, what’s not, and iterate accordingly
