Job Location --- South Plainfield, New Jersey What You’ll Do Handle customer calls (incoming and outgoing) and follow up with new leads Maintain and update our customer database Track and manage product inventory Assist customers visiting our showroom & warehouse Organize and coordinate shipments (UPS & trucking) Learn about our product line and how it is used in the restaurant industry What We’re Looking For Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel); strong computer skills Experience with QuickBooks or Salesforce is a plus Fluent in Hindi & English (knowledge of Punjabi, Gujarati, Tamil, Malayalam, or Telugu is a big advantage) Valid driver’s license with clean record Great communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills A team player who is also comfortable working independently Why Join Us?
