Job Description
A large sporting industry client is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to sit fully remote in the U.S. or India. This administrator will be joining the Enterprise Systems group and will be responsible for assisting in their Salesforce environment. The team is looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator, as there is no dedicated in-house resources managing the platform at this time. On the day-to-day, this admin will spend 25% of their time meeting with colleagues in Enterprise Systems and the rest of IT to understand projects and initiatives that utilize Salesforce as a resource and planning for upcoming projects. Another 25% of their day will be spent documenting, writing flows, and creating spheres within Salesforce. The final 50% of their day will be working in the environment and customizing it to the company's needs. This person must have strong communication skills, as they will be working closely with members of the non-profit foundation tied to the company and will be working to fulfill their requests/meet their goals.
Pay Rate: $35-65/hr

Skills and Requirements
3-5 years as a Salesforce AdministratorAbility and past experience multitasking on different projects at a given time
Salesforce experience specifically writing flows, general setting up spheres, knowledge of system set up
Strong documentation ability
Professional communication skills
Ability to interact and converse with business stakeholders (i.e. C-Suite, VP, Board Members) Non-Profit organization work experience (Foundations, etc.)
Positive attitude and ability to adjust and pivot as needed
