Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely operate sit-down and reach forklifts to move, locate, stack, and count materials.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers.
• Transport materials to and from storage, production areas, and loading docks.
• Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing materials for accuracy and damage.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any malfunctions or safety issues.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Assist with general warehouse duties such as picking, packing, and palletizing as needed.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Valid forklift certification/license (sit-down and/or reach truck).
• Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety rules and OSHA standards.
• Basic computer or scanner proficiency (WMS experience preferred).
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
