About the Job:
Bensonhurst Dental isn’t your average dental office — we’re a premier dental health facility that’s made a serious mark online. With over 500 million views across our social platforms, we’ve built a community that’s engaged, loyal, and always hungry for more. Now, we’re ready to scale our content game — and we’re looking for a creative powerhouse to join our team.

If you live and breathe social media, love making content that stops the scroll, and know your way around Instagram, TikTok, and trending sounds, this is your chance to shine.

• Create viral-ready content: Plan, shoot, and edit 4 short-form videos per week (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) — from patient success stories to behind-the-scenes at our Brooklyn office.
• Own our social voice: Write attention-grabbing hooks, captions, and calls-to-action that keep followers coming back.
• Engage our community: Reply to comments and DMs, spark conversations, and keep our followers connected.
• Stay trend-savvy: Keep an eye on trending sounds, formats, and effects to keep our content fresh.
• Track & improve: Provide simple weekly performance recaps and suggest creative next steps.

Weekly Deliverables:

• 4 edited short-form videos posted to IG & TikTok (with optional FB & YouTube Shorts repurposing).
• Captions, hooks, on-screen text, and music selection.
• 3–5 Instagram Story frames on key days.
• 15–30 minutes of community engagement on 3 separate days.
• Weekly performance snapshot with key metrics.

What We’re Looking For:

• A portfolio of Reels or TikToks for a real business or brand.
• Confidence filming in a clinical setting with patients and staff (with consent).
• Skilled at editing on mobile or desktop (CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere, etc.)
• A strong sense of timing, storytelling, and what makes people watch until the end.
• Deep knowledge of social trends, audio, effects, and safe posting practices.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Basic motion graphics or custom caption templates.
• Photography skills for thumbnails and lifestyle shots.
• Experience creating ad cutdowns.

The Setup:

• In-office: Up to 2 days/week at our Bensonhurst, Brooklyn location for filming and content capture.
• Remote: Editing, posting, engagement, and reporting can be done from home.
• Tools: Phone-first capture (with gimbal/mic when needed), CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere, Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Later, or similar.
