**Hybrid** **Job Description:** + The team is working on performing large scale data analysis and modeling to identify trends and efficiency opportunities. **Responsibilities:** + Plan, design and track pilot initiatives and impacts. Drive efficiencies into the business tracking and monitoring progress. + Analyze work pipeline and workflow. Implement scheduling to optimize throughput and efficiency across multiple languages. + Increase effectiveness of staff and tools by recognizing opportunities for development and proactively creating new systems and structures. + Work with operations and engineering to develop and define new or improved tools. + Track key performance metrics across the team Requirements: Strong professional etiquette, organizational skills and attention to detail. **Experience:** + Proven experience (5+ years) in evaluating requirements and translating them into robust technical specifications for data analysis and dashboarding solutions. + Strong proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries for data extraction, manipulation, aggregation, and analysis. + Solid experience (3+ years) in designing, developing, and deploying interactive dashboards using enterprise-grade data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent tools). + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and insights from complex datasets. + Excellent in MS Excel, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at various levels. + Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet project deadlines in a dynamic environment. **Desired Skills:** + Proven experience in data storytelling: the ability to craft compelling narratives from data and present complex information in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner. + Previous experience working on projects related to compute efficiency, resource optimization, or efficiency analysis. **Education:** + Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent practical experience. **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
