Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain engineering standards in collaboration with the team.
• Design structural components for electrical power line and traffic intersection steel structures using 3D modeling software.
• Perform structural calculations and engineering analysis to ensure design integrity and safety.
• Review and interpret contract documents, drawings, job work orders, and customer specifications.
• Provide precise inputs to the design team for fabrication drawings.
• Review structural drawings for compliance with engineering and project requirements.
• Deliver high-quality engineering documents consistent with company policies and customer expectations.
• Lead and participate in design reviews, both internally and with external stakeholders.
• Offer technical guidance on design reviews, investigation reports, and standards development.
• Ensure engineering deliverables are completed on time, aligned with project deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (required).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license (required).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in structural engineering and design, preferably in steel structures for electrical or traffic industries.
• Proficient with 3D modeling software and structural analysis tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Solid IT proficiency, including daily use of computers and office equipment.
• Preferred experience with PLS-POLE software is a plus.
