Travel Pay Details:
Hourly Rate: $41.00 ($15.50 taxable | $25.50 non-taxable)
Overtime Rate: $53.30
Weekly Gross: $1,640.00 ($620 taxable | $1,020 stipend)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Travel LPN/LVN to join our Long-Term Care (LTC) facility in Geneva, NY. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) , you will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN or physician.
Responsibilities for LPN/LVN:
Administer medications and treatments per resident care plans as an LPN
Monitor residents' health status and report changes as a Travel LPN
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as an LPN/LVN
Document care accurately in compliance with facility policies as a Travel LPN
Communicate effectively with families, staff, and interdisciplinary teams as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Promote a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for all residents as an LPN
Requirements:
Valid NY State LPN/LVN license
Minimum 2 years of LPN experience , including 1 year in LTC
Prior Travel LPN/LVN experience required
AHA BLS certification required
