We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant / Lead Generation Specialist to support our business development and operations teams.

The ideal candidate will be based in the United States, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable managing research, outreach, and administrative support tasks remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential business leads through online databases, LinkedIn, and other professional sources.

Collect, organize, and maintain prospect lists in Google Sheets or CRM systems.

Send personalized email outreach campaigns and follow-ups.

Manage inboxes, schedule meetings, and coordinate with internal team members.

Conduct basic market research and summarize findings in reports.

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information.

Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Must be located in the United States (no exceptions).

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Lead Generation Specialist (1–3+ years preferred).

Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

High level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail) and CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar).

Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Availability during normal U.S. business hours (CST/EST preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or similar prospecting tools.

Familiarity with cold email automation software (e.g., Instantly, Lemlist).

Understanding of data enrichment and email verification techniques.

Prior experience supporting sales or recruitment teams.

Compensation & Schedule:

Full-time or part-time (depending on availability).

Competitive hourly pay or monthly retainer (based on experience).

100% remote, U.S.-based position.
