The Warehouse Manager will oversee all warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping and receiving, and team management. Our client, a leading player in the premium snack food industry, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to manage day-to-day operations within their distribution facility. This position is critical to ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, proper inventory management, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Description

• Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and shipping of products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and implement best practices for inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company quality standards.
• Develop and manage warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor KPIs related to inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment and adherence to safety protocols.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in food manufacturing or distribution.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse management software (WMS).
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and compliance requirements.
