Our company seeks energetic and ambitious Assistant Managers. Candidates should be comfortable with providing customer service, have excellent interpersonal skills, and have a strong work ethic. Experience should include experience in bookkeeping, leasing, training, and mentoring. The assistant manager must know property management accounting procedures. All candidates should have a minimum of 1 year experience as an on-site assistant manager of 200 units or more. Candidates should be skilled in the use of Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Prior experience with Yardi is a plus. Candidates must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. A college degree i s required. Pre-employment background and drug testing is also required. We offer a competitive compensation package: $20.00 - $24.00/ hour DOE, an attractive apartment discount, rental incentives, and excellent benefits.
