KIA Service Technician (Hyundai TECHs Wanted) job at Ourisman Chantilly Kia Chantilly, Loudoun County, VA, US

Job Description

Duties:

Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, such as engine problems, electrical malfunctions, and suspension issues
Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any additional repairs or maintenance needed
Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle problems
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and explaining repairs in a clear and concise manner
Perform warranty repairs within guidelines

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an automotive technician or similar role
Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems
Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve vehicle issues
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required in an automotive repair setting
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with customers regarding their vehicle repairs
Ability to stay positive and work well with multiple departments.
Must be able to follow TSB and Warranty guidelines for proper repair procedure.
