Salary Range: $78000 - $118000 depending on experience

• Monitor production processes implement quality control measures and resolve manufacturing issues.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a production management role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes production planning and quality control.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with a focus on productivity and safety.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma).
• Excellent problem-solving analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with production management software (ERP/MES) and data analysis.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Proficiency with specific ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics).
• Experience with industrial automation or robotics technologies.
