The Opportunity Williams International has an exciting opportunity for a SOC Analyst. The SOC Analyst will monitor our Information Systems environment for cyber-security related events, anomalies, and malicious activities. The SOC analyst will triage, respond, and escalate appropriately as needed.
The SOC Analyst Will Also - Monitor information systems for security issues
- Investigate cyber-security incidents
- Install security measures and operate software to protect systems and information
- Have a working knowledge of and adhere to vulnerabilities scanning industry best practices
- Research security solutions and make recommendations to management
- Stay current on information technology trends and security standards
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related discipline is required. Security + or IAM Level 1 baseline certification equivalate
- 3-5 years of experience in a security-related role or performing security-focused tasks
- Excellent researching and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are essential
- U. S. citizenship is required
- Position requires the ability to obtain a U. S. Government Security Clearance, if needed. Candidates selected may be subject to a U. S.
