Job Title: Technical Recruiter

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Remote (LATAM )

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers, engineering leaders, and HR to identify, attract, and hire top technical talent. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle-from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation-while providing a best-in-class candidate and stakeholder experience. This position requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of technical roles, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruitment
  • Own the end-to-end hiring process for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create sourcing strategies, and establish hiring timelines.
  • Conduct structured interviews focused on technical skills, experience, and culture fit.
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and internal databases.
  • Proactively identify and engage passive candidates across relevant technical fields.
  • Develop strategies to increase diversity in technical hiring.

Candidate Experience & Communication
  • Provide timely, clear communication to candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Guide candidates through interview preparation, expectations, and feedback.
  • Champion a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with engineering, product, data, and leadership teams to ensure hiring needs and priorities are understood and aligned.
  • Provide weekly updates on pipeline activity, metrics, and hiring progress.
  • Advise hiring teams on market trends, competitive insights, and talent availability.
Process & Tools
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, workflows, and candidate assessments.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events when needed.
Offer Management
  • Own the offer process including verbal offers, salary negotiation, and closing candidates.
  • Partner with HR to ensure competitive and equitable compensation decisions.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment-either in-house, at an agency, or hybrid.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles (e.g., software engineers, DevOps, data, QA, product, design).
  • Proven experience sourcing and closing candidates in competitive markets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, etc.).
  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.

Nice to Have
  • Experience recruiting for startups or high-growth tech companies.
  • Familiarity with technical fundamentals (APIs, programming languages, cloud services).
  • Prior experience in LATAM recruiting or global distributed teams.
  • Knowledge of behavioral interview frameworks and structured interviewing.
